SeeAbility offers a variety of volunteer opportunities, which we can tailor to suit your company’s aims.

Transformation projects

Employees can develop their teamwork and communication skills and have a rewarding day outside the normal routine, all while making a huge difference to the lives of people with learning disabilities.

Projects are available in our homes across the centre and south of England. They can involve a variety of indoor and outdoor DIY tasks, from completely redecorating a living room to improving a garden space!

We ask for a donation to cover the costs of the supplies used on the day, as this helps us continue to be able to carry out these amazing projects.

Social excursions

For something a bit different, why not spend a day out with some of the people SeeAbility supports? This is a fun option for smaller teams who like to get to know new people!

Advisory support with business activities

Your team could use their skills to support SeeAbility with projects in departments such as marketing, HR or finance.
