We’re excited to announce a fantastic new eye care service for people in South East London who have learning disabilities and/or who are autistic.

After the fantastic news in June that the government and NHS England has committed to rollout a programme of eye care in all special schools from April 2024, the NHS England consultation which had been expected has been published, along with its commissioned evaluation. 

SeeAbility Chairman Gordon Ilett is making a 1,000 mile tour of SeeAbility locations across southern England to mark the end of his term as chairman.

We are delighted to receive confirmation from the government that NHS sight tests will be on offer to all pupils in special schools from 2024/2025.
